Brief: To design 2 main areas of the restaurant (Vietnom, Bandra),

1. Main Staircase Wall; 2. Bathroom; Keeping aesthetics of Vietnam in place.

My Solution and design approach:

For Staircase Wall: Came up with a collage style idea bringing in the aesthetics of Vietnamese food, streets, and culture.Came up with a Mix Media collage style of mural, with the hat of the lady woven with actual cane, pasting printouts, using gold leafing for iconic bordered patterns and painting. Kept the overall color scheme to beige and browns that's in the entire space with just a little pops of red and yellow where required to bring the Vietnamese essence.

 For Bathroom Walls: Since the bathroom was pretty small and conjested, thought of coming up with a minimal design with just ink brush strokes that are used in Vietnamese art, bring abstract and Vietnamese essence via structures in-between.
